Return and Refund Policy

 

Customer satisfaction and product quality remain a priority for Inkarra. Every product is carefully crafted and printed after an order is placed. Because of this made to order process, returns and refunds are limited to specific situations outlined below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, a replacement or refund request may be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To process the request, the following proof is required.

• Clear photographs of the product showing the issue

• An unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package

• Images of the original packaging

Once verified, the item will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

2. Size Exchanges or Preference Based Returns

All Inkarra products are printed on demand. Because of this, returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.

3. Return to Origin Orders

In some cases, an order may be marked as Return to Origin by the courier partner if delivery could not be completed.

Common reasons include.

• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Customer refused delivery

• Phone number unreachable

In such situations, the order will be returned to the fulfillment facility. Re shipping can be arranged by placing a new order with the correct details.

4. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially marked lost in transit by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued once the shipping status confirms the loss.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the issue occurred due to a manufacturing or printing error.

6. Important Notes

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Claims without clear proof or unboxing video may not be eligible

• Minor measurement variations of up to ±0.5 inches may occur in apparel production and are not considered defects

• Products damaged during improper opening using sharp tools may not qualify for replacement
